fireworks galaxy


Third attempt. Not ideal with a 90% moon lighting the way but why not have a go anyway?  Very steady conditions helped to get a little more detail than previously. So here is the first report on this galaxy without any mention of a supernova. Oh dear, I just did. What a pity. Better luck next time. 22 million light years away with a cluster in our own galaxy which looks as though it's keeping it company...
